Our 12-month People Spark ® Leadership Transformation Program equips managers, supervisors, and leaders with the skills to engage, retain, and coach employees. The program focuses on creating and implementing new habits, where managers and leaders are using the tools and skills every day, starting with a short-term intensive interactive learning followed by longer term support to sustain and reinforce the tools and skills.

Virtual Cohorts
Virtual cohorts are ideal for businesses who have a few leaders to train, want leaders to learn alongside leaders from different businesses in the industry and have a business such that the leader cannot be away from work to attend in-person training.

- 10 months of support.
