Introduction
In this two-week intensive program track, we will discuss how individuals respond to change, and how we, as leaders, can lead ourselves and our teams effectively through change. The program is designed to deliver key concepts, tools, and skills.
At the end of the program, participants will complete an action plan with a reflection on current practices when implementing changes and recommendations based on the program content and next steps to implement the identified change.
Virtual Session #1: Program Kick-Off (1-hour)
- Define success of a change.
- Provide an overview of change management.
- Learn the foundation on which key concepts will be built.
Virtual Modules
- How and where to focus during times of change.
- How to recognize, acknowledge, and address behavioral responses to change.
- How to communicate changes to increase understanding and buy-in to changes.
Virtual Session #2: Program Close (1-hour)
- Apply tools in communicating changes to stakeholders and teams.
- Develop a communication plan.
- Coach employees through changes
